We have just had another weekend at "Springwater Lakes" We had two weeks on a lake side in the summer in south Yorkshire. Nick caught more fish in one short session at "Springwater" than he did in the two weeks there.
The site is immaculate. With the peace and quiet we like.
Malc and Shirley make you very welcome. We'll be going back agiain.
Thanks to the Family.

Just back from our 3rd.holiday in springwater and we enjoyed it as if it was our first all over again. If they could put a roof over it to keep out the rain it would be perfect. I suppose you can't have everything.

For several year we have either visited or had a seasonal pitch at Springwater Lakes. We have been there through rain, wind and sun. ( Yes SUN) The fishing is excellent (or so I am told!)
It is a very long drive for us to visit so we decided to give it a miss this year. However we have not managed it. Malcolm and Shirkey are as much oart of the holiday experience as the scrupulous clean site. Nothing is to much trouble, from acting as postmen to providing coffee in the very early hours of the morning (or should I say middle of the night when the overhead power cables set fire to the nearby trees. A holiday here is never dull! The area nearby is beautiful and even though we have visited often we can still find new areas to explore. The whole holiday is relaxing and totally hassle free. Pack yopur clothes for any weather and have awonderful time.
