This caravan is on a serviced pitch (hardstanding water electric) with:

1 Double bed / 2 single beds

1 single bed

End bathroom (toilet, shower/ sink ) 

Full sized cooker + grill 

Fridge with freezer compartment

Heating 

T.V.

Full sized awning

We provide duvets, pillows, you bring your own duvet covers,

pillow cases, towels, tea towels, oven gloves.

Or we can provide these to hire for £35 per week for 2 people.

Send £100 non returnable deposit to Springwater Lakes, Please send a S.A.E if you require a receipt.
Full balance will be payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. 

Tariff

• Low season March + October £260 per week for 2 people including awning (£6 per night for each extra person)
• High season April - September £395 per week for 2 people including awning (£6 per night for each extra person)
• Short breaks  3 nights available 4 weeks prior to arrival, subject to availability.
• Short breaks to be payed in full at time of booking, low season £170 high season £220. 
• Adults and older children only, No smoking and no pets
